Our History
Since its establishment in 1996, The F&S Group has grown from humble beginnings and built an enviable reputation in the financial field, becoming the first choice service provider for a large number of corporate and private clients. Founded on the principles of service excellence and attention to detail, we believe that no client is too large or too small - The F&S Group will always be there to provide a professional, ethical and unequalled service.

Situated in Centurion, our offices are conveniently located for clients in both Pretoria and Johannesburg with easy access from the N1 – a far cry from the firm’s humble beginnings. The F&S Group first saw the light as a sole proprietorship in 1996 when Frikkie Nel started working from home after completing his articles. The rest, as they say, is history and The F&S Group employs over 25 people today.

We are an active participant in developing young talent for the future of our country through the employment and further development of Article Clerks on their journey to becoming leading Professional Accountants.
The training we provide is SAIPA accredited and is structured for graduates, as well as part time students. The programme entails professional accreditation and candidates undergo a 36-month training period under the guidance and evaluation of a qualified mentor.
